About Orange Dog Audio
Orange Dog Audio was founded in 2014 by Sid Crighton after a lifetime 'second job' of playing in bands and providing PA equipment for local events. He has provided systems and expertise for every type of musical performance from acoustic duos to 40-piece swing bands, both indoors and at festivals. Sid is used to putting together the right system for the size of event and delivering a hassle-free, professional service that simply lets the performers be heard.
One speciality is school events where budgets are often very tight, yet the technical demands of providing amplification for small voices needs great skill and care. All Orange Dog Audio staff are CRB Checked for working in schools. All equipment is PAT tested and public liability insurance is carried.
Sid holds an MSc in Electronic Engineering from Cranfield University, and is also a named inventor on fourteen European and Worldwide patents.
Orange Dog Audio is based in Gloucestershire, UK, and chiefly serves Bristol/Bath/Gloucester and surrounding areas.
